Shipping and Handling
We try to be as accurate as possible with regards to pricing the safe postage of crystals, to any country worldwide. We always use a Tracked, Insured and Guaranteed courier service, so that we may try to ensure the safety, speed and location of the parcel. Our shipping and handling charges are as
follows:
Total in Basket = £ 0.01 to £9.99 ......P & P = £2.20 GBP
Total in Basket = £10.00 to £29.99 ..... P & P = £3.00 GBP
Total in Basket = £30.00 to £74.99 ..... P & P = £4.00 GBP
Total in Basket = £75.00 - £149.99 ..... P & P = £5.80 GBP
Total in Basket = £149.00 + more....... P & P = £7.50 GBP
This
charge is automatically add during credit card transactions
but will need to be added to the overall cost if paying
by cheque.
We are able to be flexible. If you wish to purchase
a single item, or a few very lightweight ones! which
fall in the higher two package & posting catagories
listed here, please email us before completing the PayPal
Secure Payment for your order. We may re-calculate the
postage based on the light weight or your location. For

Credit Card Transactions
FiLol is fully aware of
the risks involved with credit
card transactions over the internet so for both parties
safety and peace of mind, we receive credit card payments
through
PayPal.

How can I buy Crystals without using
PayPal?
You do
not need to register a PayPal account to purchase
our crystals online using our PayPal system. Just add
as many items as you like to your shopping cart and
then follow the link to checkout and choose the option
'don't have a PayPal account'. You will then be sent
over to a secure online payment form that you can fill
in to make a payment.
Also, We are able to receive both cheques
in the post and payment through bank transfer - either
internet - to - branch or branch - to - branch. Please
email us to request this facility and for further
details. The above Postage and Packaging costs apply.
Refunds
Refunds are
offered only in the following circumstances:
* We understand that you may not
connect with a crystal until you've met it properly,
although we make every effort to use the clearest photography
and show every detail. For this reason we offer refunds
(postage and packaging) or a credit for choice of another
crystal, on all crystals that are returned to us.
* If the crystal has been damaged in the post, please send us an e-mail
stating the problem within 48 hours of delivery to you, and before you send
the stone back.
* The crystal must be returned to us, undamaged, within 28 days of the purchase
date (we will share postage and packaging costs in these cases).
We cannot confirm your refund or credit note until we have received and had
the opportunity to check the crystal.
